Wisconsin Life | Pudgy Pie Guy

Since 2013, Jon Riemann-- aka ‘Pudgy Pie Guy’-- shares his love of pudgy pies by teaching a pudgy pie class in the spring and fall. Riemann shows off his historic pie iron collection while instructing, and invites the whole audience up to the front to make their own pudgy pies. Pudgy pie recipes run the gamut from sweet, sour, salty, or savory.
