NEW PRISON DOCUMENTARY: A Prisoner, A Priest & 2nd Chances: The 13 Year Transformation Then & Now

In this video we look back at the story of Miles Folsom, who was sentenced to 36 years in prison at the age of 16. This video looks back at Miles' first year in prison while he was still a teenager, and then follows up with him nearly 13 years later after he was newly released from prison. Following his release, Miles did what many thought might be impossible: graduated Valedictorian of his college graduating class from Holy Cross College in South Bend, IN. This video features interviews with Holy Cross teachers and Holy Cross President Father David Tyson, as well as a 2021 interview with Miles the day before his college graduation. All involved discuss the extraordinary accomplishments of Miles, and how the Notre Dame/Holy Cross Moreau College Initiative that brings college professors into prison has the capacity to truly change lives. At the end of the video we feature Miles' Valedictory speech to his fellow classmates on graduation day, May, 2021.
