Smoked SUCKLING PIG on the Grilla Grills Silverbac Pellet Grill | Whole Pig Roast Recipe

I've been waiting a long time for this one! You can get suckling pigs anywhere from 6 - 30lbs, but this one is clocking in at about 9.5lbs. "True" suckling pig are under 10lbs as they're younger and only fed a milk-fed diet. The results are soft, tender meat and it's a truly special experience. I'm injecting it and seasoning it up then it's off to the smoker- let's get to it!
