3 Beginner level Street Workout Tricks

In this video we go over the process of learning how to do 3 starting-level street workout tricks.
The first one is the single clap dip, the second one the grip switch and the third and final one is "invisible steps".
For the first two we start slow and we progressively try to build explosivity.
For the last one on the other hand, the goal is the opposite. We try and do slow and steady pull ups to build stability. Write down in the comment section if you find those three tricks easy or difficult as well as how much time did it take you to achieve them. Good luck!
