Floor Yoga for Hip & Shoulder Mobility | #nonperformativeyoga

Let's get after those tight hips and shoulders in this adaptable, floor yoga practice.

This is ideal for my frens who work at a desk or for runners and other types of athletes, as our focus isn't to flow fast but slowly build heat to mobilize the hips and shoulders.

We'll be using a yoga strap to build mobility. However, feel free to substitute it out with a belt, jump rope or towel if you don't have a strap. Let me know how your hips and shoulders feel in the comments below after the practice!
