I always have more to say about art journaling and in this video, I'm sharing some of the things I do to make it a really special, sacred and meaningful way to connect with myself, my thoughts & emotions to support my well being and self-care. Whether you write, collage, paint etc. or a mixture of all those things (like me!) for a mixed-media art experience in my journals, it really helps support our mental health. Especially important during these strange times. And, of course, we are ALL creatives.
