It's been a tricky week if I'm honest as it was the anniversary of 5 years since my brother passed away. I don't mention it in the video but am adding it here because it's another reason why I am evaluating everything and wanting to change to a slower living pace. I think it's so important to give ourselves the time and space to breathe, grieve and think.
