ART JOURNAL WITH ME FOR SELF CARE with some mixed media art journaling

In this video, you will see my process of making a mixed media art journal spread. These pages are done in layers and I share all the layering order for you to follow and make your own pages. I do art journaling for the process as well as the final result as it helps me with my self-care, mental health and well-being routines too. I really believe making art and working creatively is such an essential and useful tool to have in my toolbox to help me on a physical, mental and emotional level. Plus its lots of fun and brings joy!
