Hopefully, you can bear with my English..
This time I would like to share a very easy way of making
Udon dish called Nabe Yaki Udon
It’s Japanese noodles come
in miso-based soup with chicken and lots of vegetable.
It’s very suitable for this season~! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
日式燒鍋味噌雞肉烏龍麵/鶏の鍋焼き味噌うどん
[1人份]
烏龍麵 Frozen udon—1片
雞腿肉 Chicken thigh—1片
香菇 Shitake mushrooms—1片
山茼蒿 Shungiku—4小把
高麗菜 Cabbage—80g
蔥 Green onion—3支
雞蛋 Egg—1個
日式高湯 Dashi—700cc
醬油 Soy sauce—1大匙
味淋 Mirin—1大匙
味噌 Miso—1小匙
