‘Ridiculous’: Google’s ‘Gemini’ AI under fire for woke bias
The Spectator Australia’s Australiana Podcast host Will Kingston has criticised Google's artificial intelligence-powered image generator, Gemini.
“It's ridiculous the fact is it’s a continuous assault on the notion of objective truth modernism has a lot to answer for,” Mr Kingston told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“I think the one thing that any sensible person for the years to come has to keep asking is it true not does it make us feel good, does it send the right message.
“We need to keep asking that one fundamental question is this true.”
Since OpenAI's ChatGPT launched in November 2022, Google has been racing to produce AI software to rival what Microsoft-backed company had introduced.
