Credlin slams PM's decision to evict tenant as 'politically stupid'
Sky News host Peta Credlin has criticised Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s decision to evict the tenant in one of his Sydney investment properties.
“I can't understand how in the middle of a housing crisis, fuelled by his own decision to bring in record numbers of migrants, how he could make the politically stupid move of looking to evict an individual," she said.
“But here we are, and again I've got a wonder about how smart the Prime Minister's political office is to let this to let this eviction notice even happen.
“Surely someone in there would have been smart enough to say this is a dumb move but ... in the middle of a housing crisis of Labor's own making, it is political suicide."
