Introduction to Microsoft Azure Cloud - Azure Lesson 1

This video is an introduction to Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, this is the first video in the Microsoft Azure series.

Microsoft Azure is a services based operating environment or cloud computer platform that lets developers build and host services on infrastructure that is managed by Microsoft. Microsoft Azure supports both Microsoft products and other products that are not made or owned by Microsoft.

This will show you how to sign up to a free Azure trial to test out some Azure services and also show you how to navigate the Azure portal and do some basic customisation of the dashboard.

Azure is Microsoft's competing product to AWS and basically has all of the same services just with Microsoft's flavour on them.

At the end of this video you will be able to navigate though the new Azure Portal and see your services and subscription costs. You will also be able to customise the look of the dashboards on the Azure Portal.
