How to get Webex for online meetings
If you want to see how to use Microsoft Teams check out this playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3IcV2jXBhNiQsA1bVOOWmiE-TEXAjkmT
You can use Webex for free to host meetings online. The thing I like about using Webex meeting is that on the free plan you can have a meeting and people can dial in by phone if they don't have a microphone on their computer.
You can signup for Webex and see the Webex pricing here: https://www.webex.com/pricing/index.html
This product works better than teams if you are having meetings with people outside of your organisation or with people that do not have teams.
Something I like about using Webex is that you can mute the other participants in the meeting.
Pricing plans are here:
-Up to 100 participants in each meeting
-Meet as long as you want
-Call-in for audio (this allows you to dial in from 52 countries)
Webex is owned by Cisco, which has a long track record of being a trustworthy brand. That makes me more comfortable using products like Webex over products like Zoom. Zoom may be nice looking and easy to use but they have had some security concerns brought up.
