EURYTHMICS Right By Your Side (Bring Your Own Steel Drums Mix)

I know a lot of Eurythmics fans who dislike this song. But for me, if it wasn't for "Right By Your Side" I probably never would have become a fan of Eurythmics. It was the first video of theirs I saw, it was the first single of theirs I bought. It was also the first 12" Single I ever owned. A lot of those who dislike it say it's just too HAPPY, and usually point at the steel drums providing most of the instrumentation as the origins of the bright and joyous sound. So, I took it out. Here is "Right By Your Side" with voice and percussion only, maybe it will make a fan out of those hard-core fans of the darker side of Annie & Dave.
