Eco India: In space-strapped Mumbai, citizens are using a Japanese technique to create green cover

Every week, Eco India brings you stories that inspire to build a cleaner, greener and better tomorrow. Our top story this week looks at the Miyawaki technique, a Japanese afforestation method named after its developer botanist Akira Miyawaki, and how creating dense man-made plantations using this technique can improve the local ecosystems and bring back the lost native species.
