We all have bad habits and unfortunately for many of us, we don’t even realize we are doing them! Here is a list of 9 bad habits that can ruin your eye health.

To take good care of your eye eyes and improve your eyesight, it is very important to eat healthily, protect your eyes from the outside elements (such as sunlight and harsh weather), and give your eyes a rest from continuous near work (such as staring at your phone and computer).

Also rubbing your eyes, not cleaning your eyelids and eyelashes, and abusing “get the red out drops” can all be a problem for your eyes.

If you have not had an eye exam within the last year, please schedule a visit with a local eye doctor to have your eyes evaluated for any health risks.
