Day 10! My Results from 10 Day Mary's Mini

If you haven't watched my previous videos in this series I would encourage you to do so. I'm here to share my results from my 10 day Mary's Mini.

Dr. McDougall and his wife Mary created this awesome 10 day program to reset or just to jump-start! I have been following the program created by Dr. McDougall called The Starch Solution, and also Maximum Weight Loss for sometime now but got off track in December. I recently came across Mary's Mini and thought I would give it a try! I wanted to document my journey along the way and share my up's and down's!
