What did it cost to run our Homestead in 2018?

Here is what it cost us to run the Homestead in 2018. We show the costs for chickens, ducks, rabbits, gardening, orchard, and other costs.

Garden and orchard Harvest:
68 Zucchini
42 Yellow Squash
7 spaghetti Squash (there was a lot we didn't harvest)
50 Jalapenos
53 Chili Peppers
29 White Peaches
9 Red Peaches
17 Eggplant
15 pounds of colored bell peppers
15 pounds of onions
11 pints of picante sauce
11 pints of pizza sauce
7 pints of salsa
72 pounds of potatoes
22 cups of pumpkin puree
10 cups of persimmon pump
1 gallon of black berries
7 - 10 ounce jars of chili peppers
and too many tomatoes to count.
