Fitness Vlog #2 | Trying to get back in shape

This video is the second of my new Health & Fitness Vlog series. Im really trying to get back in shape & some of you wanted to follow along!

I encourage you to set 5 goals & revisit them weekly:

Mine are:
1- drink more water & less coffee
2- eat more vegetables daily
3- no more baked goods/sweets at work
4- exercise for 45min - 1 hour 4 days a week
5- stretch

Today's workout (Cardio & Core)

Treadmill Intervals
2 minute flat walk
2 minute incline walk
2 minute jog
repeat X3

Spin or Stationary bike X 15 minutes
For this one I just picked 2 quick songs and sprinted on the choruses and then cranked up the resistance and climbed a hit for 2 songs

Core circuit: Ball Optional

20X Crunches
30 Second Plank
20 Oblique Crunches per side
30 second side plank each side
Repeat X3

Stretch (I didn't stretch again today, gotta work on that)

Sprint 2) Outkast - BOB
Climb 1) The Barra MacNeils - clouds under my feet
Climb 3) The Greatest - Sia
