We were skeptical, we didn't believe it, it didn't make sense but boy were we wrong! Believe it or not a center cut pork chop comes out tasting amazing if you cut it at least 2 inches thick and cook it on the griddle while constantly flipping. We thought for sure it would dry out. You guys gotta give this one a try! Thanks to @America's Test Kitchen for enlightening us!
