Skirtsteak Street Tacos !!!

skirt steak? To bad the butcher shop (McKinnons) labelled it wrong!! Still came out great though! and oh yeah, labelling it wrong means it was also we could have been charged wrong. In this instance ends up we made out. After many comments and a bit of research, we determined that the cut we had was a very desirable hanger steak. Still frustrated that a butcher shop has issues labeling there meat. Its kinda something they should have covered?
