Fixing Your Griddle

Update-Thank you everyone who emailed about the cartwheel count!! Big Dee was the winner with a cartwheel count of 4. One the "forever" problems we run into as griddle owners is RUST. A nicely seasoned grill keeps it at bay , but only temporarily. From time to time it seems inevitable that we will have to re-season, and at times, even rehab our griddles.
