Ooni Karu maiden voyage!

So tonight I had the chance to give the new pizza oven a test run.

I did fresh Neapolitan dough with a san marzano tomato sauce , mozzarella and fresh basil. As well as other toppings. For my first time cooking on it I’d say it went remarkably well. Definitely a learning experience but it didn’t suck!!!
