2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper, ground
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 Large Onion, diced
Flour for dredging the patties
Oil for frying

Sauce
1 large onion, diced
2 pcs potato, diced
1/2 carrot, diced
650ml water
1pack Ottugi 하이라이스 가루 hash powder
3 tbsp oil
