220g Sugar
2 Eggs, large
1 tsp Vanilla
160g All purpose flour
60g Cake Flour
6g Baking Soda
4g Salt
180g Buttermilk
2pcs Banana
100g Chopped walnuts
100g Chopped Dates

Note:

Use over ripe bananas for best results.
