In the video, the cam chain tensioner is removed, but you probably don't need to remove it.

1:54 - Rotate engine to TDC
2:32 - Mark positional relationship of gears
2:57 - Remove cam chain tensioner( maybe not needed)
3:22 - Check valve clearance
3:55 - Remove cam shaft
4:34 - Replace shim
5:00 - Install cam shaft
6:08 - Check valve clearance again
6:49 - Check positional relationship of gears before install Cylinder head cover
7:00 - Install cylinder head cover
7:25 - Install ignition coil
7:39 - Install ignition coil and injector cover
7:56 - Install engine guard
