Squirrel Feeder Dimensions

Feeder is 560mm high by 220mmx 220mm. The piece of steel makes a good back stop. The tin covering the feeder stops squirrels from chewing their way in and stops the feeder getting damaged when I use the .410 or 12g. There's tin around where the wheat comes out, if you don't have this the squirrels, and rats, will try and chew their way in. Its painted with Cuprinol, been painted 3 times since it's been up. The feeder is now over 6 1/2 years old and is still going strong. Don't use peanuts or corn. Peanuts are too expensive and squirrels only eat the tiny white bit of the corn so it's a waste. Wheat costs £7-£8 a 20k sack from Mole Valley Farmers. Put the wheat in a metal dustbin and it'll stay dry.
