It fits in where one of the lights for the rear number plate is. It cost less than ten quid delivered (this was 2017), comes with every thing you need to power and connect it to a screen. The actual picture is a lot better than it looks in this video. Totally recommend getting one as it works just fine. I've seen others that look , and do the same for £100. UPDATE; 2023 and still working fine.
