How to create a 1000 amp current probe in your PicoScope
When a starter motor is first engaged, it often draws up to 1000 amps momentarily, which you cannot measure if your current probe only goes up to 600 amps. The 600 amp current probe can actually measure much more than 600 amps. I will show you how to create a custom probe in PicoScope that will allow you to measure a 1000 amps or more with your 600 amp probe.
