Motor Age How2 #12 - Introducing the Low Amp Clamp
How2 shifts gears in this episode, moving on to the cousin of the high amp clamp we've been playing with - the low amp clamp! This tool overs a lot of versatility and can be used for a number of different tests. We'll start off on how the tool works and how to set it up to monitor an ignition current pattern, looking at the uniformity among the cylinders.
There is also a "glitch" noticed - I think I know what it is, but you Snap-on guys need to confirm it for me!
