Delicious and Easy Punch-Style Recipe - the Fish House Punch!

Punches were the forebears to what we now know as cocktails, and one of the most famous is the Fish House Punch.

30ml (1oz) brandy
30ml (1oz) aged rum
20ml (⅔ oz) creme de peche
30ml (1oz) cold black breakfast tea
15ml (½ oz) lemon juice
10ml (⅓ oz) rich sugar syrup

Glass: collins/highball
Garnish: lemon slice and grated nutmeg

Add all of your ingredients to your shaker tins, shake and strain over fresh ice.
