Specialty Breads: Bread Bowls with Enriched Dough

We use a recipe similar to our basic bread recipe and enrich it with more sugar and then add butter. We use our familiar process of mixing and kneading, shape the buns, bake them, and then cut the tops off to create delicious bread bowls suitable for soups, stews, or any hot recipe that is generally served in bowls.
