Oil to Gas Conversion - High Efficiency Combi Wall Hung Boiler & WH NCB 240E Installation & Overview

We removed a Burnham oil fired boiler and installed a NCB-240E combi boiler & water heater.

During new system installation we typically install the following:

Taco SR Circulator Switching Relay
Taco 007E ECM Circulator
1/2" NPT AutoFill Boiler Feed Valve w/ Pressure Gauge
Webstone 1-1/4" Air Separator (Press)
Webstone 3/4" Male NPT Thermostatic Mixing Valve (Lead Free)
Mcdonnell & Miller RB-24 Low Water Cut Off

Central AC Service Call - Client Heard a BANG - thought it was gunfire outside - but instead it was her central AC unit. Going into the attic where the Goodman air handler is located we found the blower motor cap dead.
