American Standard Gas Boiler No Heat

My loyal subscribers and those who watched Sundays Oops video - will recall I was at the house right next door that had oil heat. Still regret not buying that house 🏠!
Multiple issues. Replacing this beast next week (hopefully)

1. Thermostat Honeywell 9000 dead due to blown transformer in air handler.
2. Incorrect wires to boiler TT on equipment module.
3. R & C had no wiring on the fan center relay.
4. CO over 500ppm

Thoughts & feedback? Going with a Weil McLain CGa6 Gold - only a single zone house but has tremendous 1 1/4” main piping and massive radiators. The existing boiler is gross 198k BTU
