Yup. The hardwood flooring installers put a nail into a 200’ run of expansion PEX. Luckily the leak was noticed the same day. Used the Flir i7 thermal camera to locate the leak. GC opened up the flooring. We made a repair with 2 couplings. Hate having couplings in the middle of the run but it is what it is.
