Storied: Minnesota Farming, Land O'Lakes

https://www.mnhs.org/kelleyfarm With the opening of the new Visitor's Center at Oliver Kelley Farm in 2017, we decided to go to farms around the Twin Cities to show how diverse our farming communities are and hear the history behind them. In this installment of Storied, we went to Land O'Lakes to learn about the history of their member-owned company, how they have grown over the years, and how they want to ensure that farming history continues to be told by working with the Oliver Kelley Farm. Land O'Lakes started out in 1921 as The Minnesota Cooperative Creameries Association.
