Coulotte Steak
Coulotte, otherwise known as a Top Sirloin Cap, is super tender and delicious!
We recommend using a cast iron pan if you have one at home!
1. Heat our cast iron pan
2. Simple seasoning (salt and pepper) over the steaks, on both sides
3. Preheat oven to 425
4. Drizzle avocado oil in your cast iron pan
5. Place the steaks (fat side down) onto the pan and sear for at least 2-3 minutes on each side
6. Place the entire cast iron pan (don't forget to use an oven mit!) into the oven for 15 minutes
7. Rest before slicing and serving
