Have I finally found the CGC tile burn solution?

I have been having issue after issue using the cold galvanizing compound on a white tile to burn a permanent image. Sometimes it work, sometimes it just washes off in the cleaning process.

I have tried refocusing, different speeds and power settings. Played with the line interval. Cleaning the lens. I tried more CGC coating. Nothing seemed to be working.

The end result, time time, we putting less CGC on the tile. Then the burn turned out great! Is that the solution? Was that the problem? There seem to be so many variables using this process. So it is worth all of this effort?

That is up to you. When this process works, the results are great! When it doesn't work, it is just frustrating.
