Puzzle V2 - Can I make my air plane puzzle project work this time?

I tried making an airplane puzzle a few weeks ago and it was a total flop. Too many issues and I ended up just throwing it away. That was bugging me and when I daughter gave me a couple pieces of heavy card stock, I felt it was time to try again. This time I spend much more time figuring out my cut parameters and gluing method. The end results was a nice puzzle.
To top the whole things off, I also made a box to put the puzzle pieces into so I can give this to my friend.
