Paniya Tribe is one of the many tribes in Wayanad district. Their lifestyle is completely different from the other tribes. We had a quick visit to this Paniya Village from the Morickap Resort. We also had an early morning trek to the Kurumbalakkotta Mala. The view of cloud beds from the hill was so thrilling. However, when it comes to the food, we enjoyed the spicy bird's eye chilli chutney and boiled taro root from the tribal village. The old mother in the house was so natural and we enjoyed talking with her... it was my second day in Wayanad at Morickap Resort.
