Abandoned Baby Rescued in Hancock Park - LAPD and LAFD Respond

INCIDENT DATE/TIME:3:10am
LOCATION:1st Street and Larchmont Blvd
CITY: Greater Wilshire / Hancock Park
DETAILS:

LAPD received a call for an abandoned building next to a Bank of America in the Hancock Park area around 3:00 am.
A woman was at the scene that had according to police made the call for the abandoned baby but officers stated she was not the mother.
LAFD was dispatched around 3:30am to the scene to evaluate the baby and ended up transporting the baby to the hospital.
The lady left the scene after officers took her information.
A transient near by said he could hear a baby crying but did not see the baby until Police Arrived.
