Touch-less Washing Using My Hot Water Pressure Washer (Part 2)

Midwest winters can be very hard on daily driven vehicles. We have been in a deep freeze since Christmas of 2021. It's late January and it has been over a month since my daily driver has been washed. The temps have climbed into the low 40's today and I finally have a chance to give my salty Honda a wash and flush away all the nasty road salt.

In this video, I am testing how a touch-less wash will work using an industrial washing detergent.
As I mentioned in part one, I am looking for ways to speed up my washing process, and improve my efficiency when preforming maintenance washes, specifically for ceramic coated vehicles.
My ceramic coating business is growing, and I find myself doing more weekly maintenance washes. In talking with many ceramic coating installers over the years, many of us have agreed that the time taken to properly preform maintenance washes begins to slow installers down, and can begin to hurt our bottom line. I want to continue to offer maintenance washes to my customer however, I need to speed up the process with out sacrificing quality. That is why I have made some equipment upgrades. Now I just need to dial in the right chemistry along with the proper dilutions to prefect this touch-less washing system. Touch-less washing is nothing new to the car washing and detailing industry, but now that there are more ceramic coated vehicles on the road, I want to be sure that I will not be harming the coating while preforming a touch-less wash. Part of the reason for these videos is to document my work. It will be cool to look back a few years from now and see what type of changes I made to my business. In the detailing world, there is alway new products coming to the market, in the last few years I have made plenty of additions and subtractions to my products I use throughout the detailing process. I look forward to ongoing product testing as my quest continues for detailing nirvana!
