What I Eat In A Day On WW(Weight Watchers) For Goal Weight Maintenance | Intermittent Fasting ICED PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE! I show what a typical full day of eating looks like for me on the new WW Personal Points Plan (Weight Watchers) and Intermittent fasting, in maintenance mode. I show my points for everything and I am allowed 16 Points a day. Hopefully this will give you some ideas!

Mexican Pizza:
4 corn tortillas
1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup refried beans
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp taco seasoning
1/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup low fat cheese
Bake tortillas about 5-7 minutes at 425. Cook turkey in a small pan, adding a tsp of taco seasoning and 1 tsp minced garlic. In a bowl, mix together beans, salsa and cilantro. Spread bean mixture on tortillas, top with chicken and then cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Top as desired.

2 Tbsp Pumpkin puree
2 tsp Espresso, instant powder
1⁄4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice, plus more for optional garnish
2 tsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden, more if you want a sweeter drink
2 Tbsp Food Lion Original whipped topping
