Whole Stuffed Pig ( Whole Hog) for catering

This video will show you how to cook a pretty, profitable, portable, tasty pig for up to 100 people. We took a 40 roaster pig and deboned it except for the shanks, trotters and head. We stuffed it with seasoned pork butts and cooked it for 7.5 hours at 300 degrees. When it was finished we cut open the pig and pulled the seasoned roast pork and poured on some brown onion gravy for roast pork poboys.
