Waynesburg University Mock Trial (4-20-16)

The mock trial program at Waynesburg University is a unique and realistic undergraduate experience. Students in the "Law & Evidence" class collaborate as prosecutors, lay witnesses, and expert witnesses to prepare and present the prosecution's case-in-chief in a criminal trial. Professionals from the community participate as volunteers -- judges preside over the trial and attorneys cross-examine the witnesses.
