Pennsylvania Session Invocation by Dr. Lawrence M. Stratton

On Monday, February 11, 2013 the Rev. Dr. Lawrence M. Stratton, director of the Stover Center for Constitutional Studies and Moral Leadership and Assistant Professor of Ethics and Constitutional Law at Waynesburg University, served as the chaplain of the Pennsylvania Senate. He was introduced by Senator Tim Solobay.
