Charging a Mini Split the RIGHT Way

We just replaced a leaking indoor head now it’s time to charge the system back up properly.

Here’s what’s going on:

• Most mini splits only allow you to check low side (vapor) pressure
• You won’t have a traditional high/low setup like standard systems
• We’re identifying which line set feeds the head we just replaced

We’re charging using a scale

That means:
• Measuring the exact factory charge
• No guessing
• No “close enough”

This is how you avoid:
