This is a podcast with Leo Thompson, who is both an evaluator for the Council For International Schools, as well as being the Head of Educational Partnerships at iCanStudy. Leo has been part of the evaluation process of schools all over the world. Having worked in 3 British international schools myself, I talked with Leo about the CIS Evaluation process. We talked about the importance of a school's Vision and Mission, and how it can create that all-important buy-in from all stakeholders if utilised correctly.
