Phoenix Infill Lot

This is a response to finding a way to design a cost effective home on an infill lot in Phoenix. The strategy was to utilize very efficient massing, with varied plate heights, and repeated truss design throughout. The 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home is 3,000sf. Ceiling height vary between 9ft and 12ft. All of the rooms open directly to outdoor spaces.
