3 Major Reasons Why Employees Resist To Change
In this video I´ll show you 3 reasons why people in general and employees in particular resist to change and don´t follow you.
When it comes to change, change is great, as long as you're in the driver's seat. If you change something, if you initiate change so you´ve got control over it, then change is great.
But if you're in the situation that you need to change, that you need to react, that you have the feeling that you are changed, then this can be terrible.
